Aurora Anguilla Resort & Golf Club: Advancing Resilient Food Production in the Caribbean

In the Caribbean, many islands face significant food security challenges, often labeled as “food deserts” due to their reliance on imported food. Harsh environmental conditions, such as saline rain and hurricane-force winds, make traditional gardening and conventional greenhouses unsuitable and difficult to insure.

How ARK Delivered: To overcome these challenges, ARK provided advanced growing components and solutions tailored to the region’s unique needs. With ARK’s patented evaporative cooling system, the greenhouses remain climate-controlled and productive, even in the extreme heat of the Caribbean.

While Sprung Structures supplied durable housing to withstand severe weather, ARK’s expertise ensures year-round, sustainable local food production. This collaboration empowers the local community to grow fresh, local produce, fostering resilience and food independence in the face of environmental obstacles.

Grōv Fodder Production Facility in Utah: Revolutionizing Sustainable Animal Feed Production

Farmers in Utah face significant challenges, including feeding a growing population while navigating climate change, water shortages, and supply chain disruptions. To address these issues, Grōv-Bateman needed a dependable, year-round facility for efficient and sustainable fodder production.

How ARK Delivered: Situated on Utah’s largest dairy farm, the Grōv-Bateman Fodder Production Facility features 10 GrōPods™ that produce 25 tons of fresh animal fodder daily. Sprung Structures provided the durable, climate-controlled buildings, while ARK equipped the facility with advanced growing components, ensuring consistent, efficient production.

This cutting-edge system replicates the yield of 750 acres of traditional farmland on a footprint of just 18,000 square feet. ARK’s expertise in controlled environment agriculture has enabled sustainable, high-yield fodder production to meet the demands of modern farming.
