1. Airtight Design by Sprung Structures

The first layer of our solution is the airtight design provided by Sprung Structures, which meets high European standards like BREEAM for energy efficiency. A typical greenhouse with as little as 5% air leakage can double its heat loss with moderate wind.

Our buildings feature a 2% air exchange rate, dramatically reducing heat loss and lowering energy costs. This makes them ideal for both agricultural and commercial use, ensuring consistent internal climates year-round.

2. Passive Solar Gain with Advanced Materials

Our structures utilize advanced translucent materials to harness passive solar energy effectively. Unlike traditional R20 buildings, our design leverages passive solar gain to cover up to 50% of the heating needs, even in the coldest climates.

The choice of membrane material allows beneficial far-red light to penetrate, enhancing photosynthesis and plant growth, unlike standard glass, which blocks this spectrum.

3. Solar Energy Capture for Heating and Cooling

We integrate concentrated solar technology to capture sunlight efficiently, converting it into hot water and steam for various applications, including heat pumps, hydronic heating, and electricity generation.
